Enlargement and its relation to the Future of the EU are more important than ever. This Working Group thus looks at future challenges and the formation of a "new consensus" on enlargement. It also addresses the practical questions of explaining the importance of enlargement to the EU citizens and talks to political stakeholders on their engagement in this endeavor.
